As a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, I have owned and operated Serene Mountain Massage since 2008. I believe that many common ailments can derive great benefit from the integrative massage modalities which I utilize.

The degrees I have earned—a bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from SUNY at Buffalo—have allowed me to develop my skills as a Holistic Health Practitioner. “Encouraging the Body, Mind, and Spirit Connection” is my mission statement; my goal is to relieve the stress and tension my clients experience and aid in improving their quality of life.

Reiki is a gentle hands-on therapy technique to reduce stress and promote relaxation. In 2000/2001 I received Reiki I & II certification in the Dr. Mikao Usui method. Because of the many benefits I saw happening with clients I  decided to continue onto the Master & Teacher Certification in Reiki. This simple hands-on energy technique encourages the body’s natural self-healing mechanism, reduces stress and strengthens the natural healing processes.
