As a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, I have owned and operated Serene Mountain Massage since 2008. I believe that many people who experience common ailments can greatly benefit from the integrative massage modalities of which I utilize.

The degrees I have earned – a bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from SUNY at Buffalo – have allowed me to develop my skills as a Holistic Health Practitioner. “Encouraging the Body, Mind, and Spirit Connection” is my mission statement; my goal is to relieve the stress and tension my clients experience and aid in improving their quality of life.
